THE PROCESS

From getting a quote to getting the painted army you always wanted!

We want you to feel as comfortable as possible knowing that your models are in our hands, so here is the walk through of our process.
 
Step 1: Quote 

You send an email to ontargetstudios@gmail.com with a general idea of what you would like done. This should be as detailed as possible in order for us to make suggestions and discuss your budget. Note- Please review our pricing worksheets for a better understanding of costs.

Step 2: Payment

At this time we accept Paypal or personal checks(we charge a $35 fee for bounced checks). Once your quote has been reviewed, and we have confirmed your order, we will require a down payment of 50% of the total costs. This is the standard fee whether you are shipping models or placing an order through us and is non-refundable.
 
Step 3: Shipping/Order

If your miniatures are already built and ready for painting, you simply ship them over to us here at On Target Studios. As soon as they are received, we will log them into our system and get them ready for painting. If you haven’t purchased your miniatures, and would like to build a unit or army from scratch, we place orders every week and offer competitive pricing at 10-20% off retail pricing.

Step 4: The Build

If you have shipped us already assembled orders, as soon as they are received the order is signed by the painter and the painting begins. If we receive your models and we feel we cannot provide you with the services requested due to poor conditioned models, we will notify you right away. This rarely happens, but if it does, in most cases we are able to file down or replace broken parts at an extra fee(normally around $1-1.50 for standard models)
If you ordered your models through On Target Studios, as soon as they get to us (no longer than a week for shipping normally) we start to assemble and modify your army. If you have requested additional modeling, such as a unique theme or green stuff molding, the building stages may take longer than usual. You will be notified of the expected time line when provided with a quote.

Step 5: In the Studio

Once your models are all cleaned and assembled, they are ready for paint. The painting process has a variable time frame and depends greatly on what we are painting for you. Once again, all time lines will be reviewed in the Quote stage of the process. If you have any questions while your models are with us, you can always send us an email requesting status of the project.
After we have completed your order we will take a few photos and send them to you for review. This is your time to tell us if you don’t like something and want us to try and change it up. For extreme customization projects we will send you four stages of photos for updates, at which point you can provide your feedback and additional requests.

Step 6: Red Carpet and Final Review

In this step, your models get to walk down the red carpet while we take a multitude of photos, which we will send your way. In the final email we send, we will attach all the photos and the remaining invoice. Once the final payment is received, we will ship out your completed order and wait for your next one :-)
If we fail to receive the final payment within thirty days of sending the Final Review email, your models will be placed up for sale. We never want this to happen so if there are issues  our number one priority is to sort them out so you can get the army of your dreams.
